Lived Experience

With nearly 30 years in education and leadership, founder and executive director Nicole Cush is a community leader and creative strategist dedicated to building a more just and inclusive community. A longtime public school educator and former high school principal, she has committed her career to expanding opportunity for young people, developing teacher leadership, and creating spaces where every voice belongs.
